Students ages 10 to 18 who wish to have continuous training with Starr, please contact Central Virginia Dance Academy to learn about the classes Starr teaches as well as the other amazing offerings by the CVDA faculty. Private lessons available
2025 SUMMER WORKSHOP AND
TRAINING WITH SFD
JULY 26th & JULY 27th 2025
JuLY 26tH: Ages 12-15
JULY 27th: AGES 16-ADULT
BOTH DAYS: Sessions AVAILABLE with SFD PHotographer DougLAS HAYES for headshots and FULL Body SHOTS.
Classes will be taught by SFD company members each day and will include Injury Prevention with Dr. Madison Ernstes, Choreography, Contemporary Technique with Shannon Comerford, Modern Technique with Starrene Foster, Conditioning with Fran Beaumont, Stretching with Angela Palmisano, Partnering, Repertory, and much more. Workshops will take place in the studios at Central Virginia Dance Academy.
SFD Photographer Douglas Hayes will be on-site for workshop participants and non-participants.
Sunday participants will take class with the company taught by Starrene Foster.
Space is limited.
Cost is set to be accessible to all.
Scholarships available.
